posedo
Inventory App · Offline-First · Built on bead-ui
posedo (Esperanto for “possession”) keeps track of what you own and where it is. There is no server. Every edit lands on the device first, so the app always works offline, and the inventory itself is a plain folder: one JSON file per item, with photos filed next to them under readable names. Any sync service (iCloud Drive, Proton Drive, Google Drive, Syncthing, a network share) carries it between devices. Because each record is its own file, edits to different items never conflict.
A shelf, a box, or a room is just an item that can hold other items. You move around your things on a bead-ui string: the string shows the contents of one container, and pulling an item’s bead off the string and dropping it moves that item somewhere else. Editing, photos, and notes happen in ordinary views, and a simple list view is always one step away for anyone who would rather not use the string.
